Le chiacchiere
ricetta di Daniela Bucalo de Le Leccornie di Danita

The chatter recipe Daniela Bucalo of the blog The Goodies of Danita

The rumors are in the carnival as doves are at Easter 🙂 and therefore could, by accident, omit this wonderful recipe in my blog ???? Of course not!!!
And we have the carnival is just really felt … then, maybe, I will speak of this too 🙂
I never had made the talk, but last year, because I wanted to organize the carnival little party with the girls 😉 I thought to try to make them, given that around, good, did not find it (cazzarolina !!) and I must say I was not expecting it, I came troppooooooooo good !!!.
And here is my recipe, in fact, my mother-in-law … to ste-law … and then we complain about them 🙂

Ingredienti / Ingredients
500gr di farina (flour)
2 uova intere (whole eggs)
2 cucchiaia di zucchero (tablespoons of sugar)
1 cucchiaino di sale (spoon al salt)
1 bustina di vaniglia (sachets of vanilla)
white wine q.s., I’ve put about a cup (can not stand it when my mother-in-law tells me to taste)

Put the flour into the mixer with the trailer hitch and add eggs, softened butter (mine was just fluid) and all the other ingredients except the wine.

Knead and slowly add the wine until it has formed a ball hard but not too much.

Wrap it in transparent paper and let rest a little. (I have not put in the fridge because it was pretty cool. Take the dough and cut it into 4 pieces and spread it before a bit with a rolling pin and then with the machine. Obtained a strip, fold and go over in the opposite direction. Repeat for a few times, until the smallest thickness.

Cut the strips with the washer and fry.

I used the fryer, and I fried with vegetable oil to 180 ° (cover the words with a cloth to prevent drying out the surface. Once fried, place them in a paper towel and sprinkle with icing sugar when cold.
